In 2005, a group of individuals came together to form the Silver Bell Foundation to boost awareness and raise funds for
the Lafayette Community Health Care Clinic.
The Silver Bell Foundation focuses on empowering the mission of the Lafayette Community Health Care Clinic...to provide
free mediacl health care to the working uninsured of Lafayette Parish.
Whether you are a corporation, a small business, non-profit, foundation or an individual, we hope that you will consider
joining us in supporting the Lafayette Community Health Care Clinic and its mission.
In keeping with our ongoing mission, the Silver Bell Foundation asks you to consider giving of your resources. The Lafayette
Community Health Care Clinic is is supported entirely by the Lafayette community and receives no federal funding. The Clinic
is one of Lafayette's greatest assets and one of only a handful of its kind in the nation.
Your sponsorship will inspire other leaders in the community to give and will help to provide needed health care in our
community. Your sponsorship will allow LCHCC to continue to provide over 1 million dollars worth
of services per year by providing the funds to defray operatioonal costs. Please help our volunteer health care providers
to continue this vital service.
